How requests work

Most requests are processed within the timeframes allowed by law. Complex requests or records from multiple visits may take longer.

  1. Submit your request online with your contact details and what documents you need (dates of service help).
  2. Verification, we may contact you to confirm identity or send a release for signature.
  3. Delivery, secure email, mail, or pickup as agreed. Third-party requests need legal documentation.
